Actually, it is bugged everywhere. It will calculate damage numbers first and THEN convert it to cold damage (ie, if you have a shield with +10 armor vs cold damage and are using mantra of frost, it will bypass the +10 armor vs cold if you are struck by fire damage under winter, but still give you +energy from the mantra).

Btw, it just got buffed, and its totally ok now. It was simply too powerful before its 2 sec casting time nerf, then with 2 sec casting time it was useless, and now its balanced.

Wow...I did the Lord of Fire dungeon once, made it to him with 10% morale, gave up with 60% DP an hour later. I purposefully did not reattempt because I was pretty certain they would have to remove his regen. I can't wait to put the smack down... Props to all who did this in HM before this update. True Legendary Masters of the North.

I really dont care about pve so stfu plx and stop flaming me.
In HA it was used widely, simply the matches were too defensive and boring. At least now you can see someone dying.
In case I'd suggest making Aegis 5en 1sec recharge and 10...50 sec duration as well as DA.

Adding a note, since I CBA to read the whole thread to see if it has been mentioned.

NOTE : If you did not have both DD and AtfH, you need get (from pool) and complete DD then speak to the High Priest in Central Transfer Chamber to get AtfH. After this AtfH should appear in the pool.

How did this thread derail to a LoD is amazing/sucktacular? It was overpowered, the 2sec cast was probably too much, a lesser heal would have probably been better, but as we all know gw likes to stir things up after a while, if things get stagnant with the same things, they tend to slap some skills around to get things going in a different direction

Fixed a bug with the /report function to give an error message when attempting to report a character that is no longer in the district.

Report bug is still not fixed, tried it right after the update, still says the same old thing...player is not in your district!

So happy. I completed my HM Hero's Handbook and turned it in for Asura faction . . . and if I want to, I can do it *again*.

I should point out to anyone else still having trouble that after the patch came through, I could get DD, but couldn't get ATFH until I'd done DD once.
